Youth Aftercare Pilot is a psychosocial support service for children and young people experiencing suicidality.YAP aims to deliver community based services to children, young people and those closest to them in their homes including their carers.

The YAP program will support children and young people in their navigation of the complex systems of support available in their region. Whether clinical, non clinical, housing, health or other supports are required, YAP will provide children and young people with information and support them to choose the services that meet their expressed needs and which will support them to reach their identified goals.
